Terms and conditions
These terms apply to booking requests, memberships and use of Hustle Imphal’s study space.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee membership or a particular table. A booking becomes confirmed only when Hustle staff approves the membership and allocates a table.
Payments
Where online payment is offered, payment is subject to staff approval and table allocation. Payment handling, cancellation and refund details are described in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
Use of the space
Members must follow Hustle Imphal’s in-space rules, including maintaining a study-friendly environment, respecting staff and other members, and using only their allocated table. Hustle may take appropriate action for serious disturbance, misuse or breach of these terms.
