Information we collect

When a member submits a booking request, we may collect their name, email address, contact and WhatsApp numbers, booking and membership details, emergency contact, guardian details, address, identification reference, education or study purpose, and notes supplied in the form.

How we use it

We use this information to review a booking, contact the member, allocate and administer a table, keep membership records, provide support and meet applicable legal obligations. If an email address is supplied, we may use it for transactional messages such as booking, payment and membership updates.

WhatsApp reminders

We record WhatsApp payment and membership reminder permission only when the member actively gives it. Where enabled in the future, reminders are limited to membership or payment administration. A member may ask the counter to stop them at any time; staff will record that choice and future reminders will not be sent.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Hustle Imphal does not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payment records may include an order ID, payment ID, amount and payment status.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell member information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as payment processing, transactional email delivery, or WhatsApp message delivery when the member has opted in, or where required by law. Access to membership records is restricted to authorised Hustle staff.
